6. Responsibilities of Clients

Clients must:

Provide accurate shipment details and documentation.
Ensure compliance with applicable customs, import/export, and safety regulations.
Pack goods according to OLTRADING recommendations or applicable regulations.
Make timely payments according to agreed terms.

7. Liability

OLTRADING is not liable for delays or damages caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including weather, strikes, regulatory changes, or third-party actions.
Liability for loss or damage of goods is limited to amounts agreed in the shipping contract or as provided by applicable insurance coverage.
Clients are responsible for obtaining additional insurance for high-value or specialized cargo.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the OLTRADING website, including text, images, logos, and software, is owned by OLTRADING Logistics or its licensors. Use of this content without explicit permission is prohibited.
